So, I'm off to New York for a series of Daddy Shift events.
On July 22nd, I'll give a private daytime talk to stay-at-home dads in NYC (to get in on that, contact lance10_somerfeld (at) yahoo.com). That evening, author Amy Richards and I will have a feminist conversation about fatherhood at 92Y Tribeca. The following night, July 23rd, Community Bookstore of Park Slope will co-host an event at the Brooklyn Ethical Culture building.
Hope to see you there!

I'm a single dad who quit my corporate job to be at home with my daughter. I appreciate your posts and think it's a great blog for me to refer back to. I've just started a blog called raisingafather.blogspot.com and I'd love to link to one another's since we discuss many of the same issues parents face.
I wish I could make it to NYC for this!
Hi Jeremy,
Unfortunately I am out of town and unable to make your reading at the Park Slope Community Bookstore, but I look forward to reading your book. I am a new father, and will be the primary caregiver once my wife goes back to work in September. I am also a writer, and keep a blog at http:daddytobe.wordpress.com Would love to know what you think.
Best of luck on your engagements,
Brian.
