Interesting how a post that left such an impression does not have any comments. I have been pondering this post and saying, "See! See! Our culture values fatherhood and fathers who care for their children."
Thanks, Rachel. I think the lack of comments on this post might have to do more with the fact that I was totally neglecting this blog during this period than anything else. But, of course, I do wonder, all the time, how much our culture values caregiving dads--even the caregiving dads struggle with feelings of self worth. Thanks again for your support.

What Is Daddy Dialectic?
Daddy Dialectic started as Jeremy's journal of his experience as a stay-at-home dad. Today Daddy Dialectic is a group blog by and about dads who embrace caregiving and egalitarian relationships, a definition of fatherhood that we believe is more in tune with the landscape of 21st Century America.
