I was reading excerpts from...I liked this. A lot. <br /><br />I was reading excerpts from Obama's speech on race & Rev Wright from last year's campaign. Toward the end of the speech he says, "black anger often proved counterproductive ..."<br /><br />And I thought, is that right? <br /><br />I visit & participate in online forums like DailyKos and a lot of people have been angry over Obama's lack of interest in civil rights for gays since he safely got our votes last November (or is it disdain?).
