It's a huge part of the local lore/folklore/history around here (south side Chicago) that people make a point to keep alive. The latter has become, at least in the big cities that many of us live in, much more normative, if not completely accepted in all quarters -- but certainly more accepted that GLBT families, for now.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
